Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders placed before 3:30 PM PACIFIC will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after this time may be shipped on the following business day. We utilize FedEx, USPS, and UPS for shipping services. Orders are shipped via FedEx within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
For overnight shipping, orders placed on Fridays before 3:30 PM EST will be shipped the same day, with delivery on Monday unless the “Saturday Overnight Delivery” option is selected. Only shipping options that specify a transit time (e.g., Overnight, 2-Day) are guaranteed. Other methods, such as Ground or Priority, are estimated and not guaranteed by the carrier or us.

Flat Rate Overnight Shipping
For orders over $200, we offer Flat Rate Standard Overnight Shipping for just $22.99 Orders exceeding 3 lbs or with different dimensions will be subject to standard shipping rates.
Shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii
Orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.
Tracking Information
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number from the carrier via email, SMS, or at the website used for your purchase.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an order that is missing an item or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct items. Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims for missing or incorrect items reported after this 48-hour period.

Backorders
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will process and ship the available items immediately. The backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available, at no additional shipping cost to you. You will be notified of any delays, and we will keep you updated on the status of your backordered items.
Sales Tax
Customers purchasing from Nevada are subject to state sales tax unless they provide valid tax-exempt documentation by email or in store.
