📅 Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, your item must:

Include all original packaging, accessories

Have a valid proof of purchase

Some products are not eligible for return:

Key cutting and programming machines, adapters, cables

Electronic software or token-based tools

Special-order items

Cut or programmed keys and remotes ( unless there is error or defective )

💰 Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the return is due to our error.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items. If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
📦 How to Start a Return

Reason for return

Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Wait for an RMA (Return Authorization) approval

Ship the item to the address we provide (buyer pays return shipping unless due to error)
🔄 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item:

We will issue your refund to the original payment method (minus restocking fee, if applicable)

Please allow 3–5 business days after inspection for your refund to process
