🔄 My Key Supply – Return Policy

📅 Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in new, unused condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories

  • Have a valid proof of purchase


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return:

  • Key cutting and programming machines, adapters, cables

  • Electronic software or token-based tools

  • Special-order items

  • Cut or programmed keys and remotes ( unless there is error or defective )

  • OEM Brand New Keys
  • Any item labeled “Final Sale”


💰 Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the return is due to our error.


🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items. If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at mykeysupply@gmail.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

  2. Wait for an RMA (Return Authorization) approval

  3. Ship the item to the address we provide (buyer pays return shipping unless due to error)


🔄 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item:

  • We will issue your refund to the original payment method (minus restocking fee, if applicable)

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after inspection for your refund to process


❗ Important Notes:

  • Do not send returns without authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.

  • Items returned damaged, incomplete, or with signs of use may not qualify for a refund.
